Apple released the new iPods with a new makeover for the iPod Nano. For a start, the new iPod Nano comes in 9 colours. New features include Genuis and an Accelrometer. The new Genuis feature is like your personal DJ, it will create a playlist of songs that go great together. The accelerometer will detect the position and movement of the iPod Nano and rotates the screen between landscape and portrait and also acts as a control for games. If you like a little unpredictability, just give the iPod Nano a shake and it will shuffle your music (seems to me like a feature copied from Sony Ericsson Walkman phones).

Dr Paul, I have not seen the pricing for Malaysia yet but a quick check on the Apple Singapore website, the new Nano is S$248 (8GB) and S$328 (16GB). The Touch is S$388 (8GB), S$498 (16GB) and S$648 (32GB).

I really love Apple brand. I have ipot Nano 3years old, Iphone 2 years old, Macbook 5 years old & Ipot Class 5 years old. That mean all the Apple product can last very long and I can say during this time I havent get any problem from them.
