While most of us have just completed doing BodyJam 53 for 2-3 weeks, the track list of BodyJam 54 is already out! Looks like an interesting mix with one of my favourite tracks, Everybody’s Free. Let’s hope it’s a good rework and remix! The release should be hitting the clubs around mid September.

There is also one being organized in Malaysia, the Glee flashmob. They have been practicing in secret venues, the latest being a practice event at The Gardens, Mid Valley.

Last night, I came across another flashmob, the BodyJam version. The event took place in Sydney on the Labour Day weekend. It’s fun to see familiar moves on different music tracks.

Maybe it would be something for Fitness First to do in the Miracle event for this year. Regular members will already know the move, just play the music and everyone will be ready to go!
