Malaysia Airlines Cancels One Daily Flight to Phuket

Effective 15 March 2016, Malaysia Airlines will cancel on daily flight Kuala Lumpur – Phuket v.v. until further notice. Travellers ticketed on MH798/799 will be relocated to the following flights:

Ticketed Flight Relocated To
MH798 Kuala Lumpur – Phuket MH786 Kuala Lumpur – Phuket (same day)
MH799 Phuket – Kuala Lumpur MH791 Phuket – Kuala Lumpur (same day)

 

In case of misconnection, rebooking will be done by source of booking (travel agents, selling office, etc.)

Following conditions to apply:

Refundable Tickets

a. One (1) free change allowed to defer travel date up to ONE (1) month from the original date of travel with penalty fee waived subject to seat availability on the same fare class.

b. Full refund permitted.

Non-Refundable/Restrictive Tickets

a. One (1) free change allowed to defer travel date up to One (1) month from the original date of travel with penalty fee waived subject to seat availability on the same fare class.

b. Convert e-ticket into travel voucher (MCO) for further transportation for a period of Three (3) months from the date of issuance or offer full refund.

Day use hotel will be granted if transit layover is more than 6 hrs
