About Me

The Beginning
Born in Seremban and grew up in Port Dickson, Negeri Sembilan, Malaysia. During my primary school I studied in US for a while but return to Malaysia to complete my studies.

Career
Started working as Marketing Trainee with Royal Selangor Marketing in 1992. I was offered a position as Customer Service Senior when I finished my training with them. From there I worked in Hong Leong Bank as a Customer Service for a short time and I left as I started my own cleaning service – ZEB Fresh Services.

I ran my own business for almost a year and need a break. While on a holiday, I met a reservations officer from Qantas. He explained about the perks of working in an airline and that got me interested to join one!

I sent my resume to the various airlines and finally got a job with KLM Royal Dutch Airlines as a Sales Representative. Over the years, I worked my way up to Corporate Sales, then took on the position of Marketing a short while later and finally Marketing & Pricing since 2001.
