		<description>Last nite, I made a call to Maxis for my phone line got barred at 12am. So I decided to make payment right off using my phone thank god. In return, I let them know that i would like to be rectified before having my phone barred and for them to not bar it in the middle of the night. As it&#039;s in the night it&#039;s important that you have access to help in case of emergencies. IGNORED! So i called for the manager, which took him 9 hours to get back to me. In the end, i just ignored their call because i wanted to send a direct complain to the TRADE AND CONSUMER AFFAIRS ministry. 

As just for asking them to put that in mind, it&#039;s difficult. It got me really angry. I have been using same number even since the old company change twice before becoming Maxis. i commit RM150 a month for such a shitty service. Even canceling itemized billing is a dispute. Want to cancel line also susah!!!!!! Bloody scam artist.</description>
